  1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, manuals, and packaging. Please include your order number inside the package.

  1. Eligibility by Category

Toys: Must be unused and free of pet hair, odors, or wear. For safety and hygiene, used toys are not eligible unless defective.

Bowls & Feeders: Must be unused/never filled and returned in original packaging. Used items are not eligible unless defective.

Carriers & Travel: Try‑on for fit is okay; signs of heavy use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible.

Cleaning & Grooming: For hygiene reasons, opened or used cleaning/grooming items (e.g., brushes used on pets, opened cleaning solutions) are not returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

  1. Non‑Returnable Items

Gift cards, final‑sale/clearance items (as marked), and items damaged through misuse are non‑returnable except as required by law.

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

  1. How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

We will provide instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all materials.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns (e.g., size, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  1. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable except where we made an error.

  1. Exchanges

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original following this policy. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  1. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can reship it after confirming the address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  1. Safety & Hygiene

For the health and safety of pets and customers, we cannot resell used pet items. Please ensure returns meet the condition requirements above to avoid delays or denial.
